with a high-profile, PE-backed professional services business, partnering with senior Partners and divisional leadership across revenue division.

We're working exclusively on a fantastic opportunity with a high-profile, PE-backed professional services business that is firmly in growth and transformation mode.
This is a business where Finance has a genuine seat at the table. You won't simply be reporting the numbers - you'll be using them to influence decisions, challenge senior stakeholders and drive commercial performance.
Description
You'll act as a true commercial partner, providing insight across:
- Profitability and P&L performance
- Pricing and commercial decision-making
- Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
- Margin improvement and identifying underperforming clients
- Supporting senior stakeholders with commercial insight

Profile
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical foundations with genuine commercial confidence.
You could be coming from:

- ACA qualified coming from Big 4 / Top 10 Audit at Manager level
- ACA qualified coming from a Corporate Finance / Transaction Services background at Manager level
- ACCA/CIMA qualified in industry with a strong commercial Finance Business Partner background
- Professional services experience or a service led environment
You must be able to demonstrate experience of working with senior stakeholders, managing engagements, budgets and financial performance and working with high volumes of data
Most importantly, you'll be polished, credible and commercially minded.
Job Offer
- Annual salary up to £72,000
