Finance Business Partner
Stoke-on-Trent
£50,000 + bonus

A rapidly growing manufacturing business in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a commercial and cost-focused Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who wants to play a key role in supporting operational performance within a market-leading organisation.

Operating within a specialist industrial sector, the business supplies products to some of the world's largest technology and infrastructure companies and is forecasting significant growth over the coming years. As part of a successful group, the organisation combines the stability of an established business with the pace and opportunity of a high-growth environment.

The Role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will act as the key finance contact for the operations team, working closely with the Plant Manager to drive performance, profitability, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on Finance Business Partner position where you will be responsible for understanding production costs, analysing efficiencies, reviewing margins, and providing meaningful insights to support decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
