Finance Business Partner

Hybrid working (2 days per week from home) with regular travel across our dealership network

£50,000 package + Company car + 23 days holiday

At Arbury, we're proud to be a family-owned automotive retailer that has grown from a single dealership in 2000 to one of the Midlands' leading motor groups. Representing some of the UK's most respected automotive brands, including Peugeot, Fiat, Abarth, LEAP, CUPRA, SEAT, Skoda and Nissan we've built our reputation on exceptional customer service, strong community values and a commitment to putting people first.

With over 25 years of success behind us, we continue to invest in our people, our customers and the future of automotive retail and are embarking on a significant period of growth and transformation.

We're now looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team. This is a key role supporting our dealership leadership teams, providing financial insight, analysis and guidance to help drive commercial performance and informed decision-making across the business.

Working closely across senior management and central finance functions, you'll help ensure financial information is accurate, understood and used effectively to maximise performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
