We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner
To join a fast-paced, growing business and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making.
This is a high-profile role for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, challenging the numbers and turning financial insight into action. You'll have real ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the wider business.
What you'll do:
- Partner closely with senior commercial and operational stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and challenge.
- Take ownership of a key business line & act as the finance lead and trusted commercial partner.
- Provide meaningful insight into performance, profitability, margins and key business drivers.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making using robust financial insight.
- Work collaboratively across a wider Finance Business Partnering team, sharing insight and supporting broader business priorities.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve commercial performance and the effectiveness of the finance function.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and commercial agility is essential.

What you'll bring:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting or commercially focused finance role.
- Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with non-finance teams and translating financial data into commercial decisions.
- A proactive, ambitious and solutions-focused approach - someone who sees an opportunity and goes after it.
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand the story behind the numbers.
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities.
- A genuine interest in the wider business, with the curiosity to understand what drives performance rather than simply reporting the numbers.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach and the confidence to make an impact from day one.

Package:
- Salary: £55K-£60K per annum
- Headline Benefits: Bonus, Enhanced Pension, Private Medical
