Finance Business Partner - Commercial

Up to £55,000 base salary | Company Profit-Share | Fantastic Benefits

Join as a Finance Business Partner, supporting the supply chain or commercial team at our head office in Chichester, West Sussex. You'll drive performance, provide financial insights, and influence key decisions to enhance sales and EBITDA. Due to rapid growth, we have two newly created Finance Business Partner roles and would be open to permanent or interim/fixed-term appointments.

Key responsibilities include reporting, costings, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, ensuring strong financial management and continuous improvement. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your expertise will shape the site's success.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate analysis of key financial data to support informed decision-making
  • Interpret and communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders at all levels
  • Provide recommendations on new and existing product costings, including during concept development
  • Influence and challenge business decisions through effective engagement with stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they arise
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the business
  • Support, coordinate, and challenge budget and forecasting submissions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Finance qualification required
  • Business partnering at Director level
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and general IT systems
