We're partnering with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a high-performing finance team and play a key role in shaping strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide financial insight, challenge and support to improve business performance, influence strategic plans and help deliver the organisation's long-term objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, financial challenge and decision support
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning, ensuring accurate reporting and robust financial management
  • Support business planning and transformation initiatives, helping to deliver strategic priorities
  • Produce meaningful financial analysis, KPIs and performance reporting to inform decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, controls, systems and reporting
  • Build strong relationships across the business, developing financial awareness and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture

About you:

  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge and build trusted relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues, including Executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong experience of budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and business planning
  • Strong financial systems and data analysis capability, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience within the housing sector is desirable but not essential

What’s on offer:

  • Annual salary: £55,000 - £65,000
  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • Location: West Midlands/ South West
  • Hybrid working
