We're partnering with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a high-performing finance team and play a key role in shaping strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide financial insight, challenge and support to improve business performance, influence strategic plans and help deliver the organisation's long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, financial challenge and decision support
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning, ensuring accurate reporting and robust financial management
- Support business planning and transformation initiatives, helping to deliver strategic priorities
- Produce meaningful financial analysis, KPIs and performance reporting to inform decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, controls, systems and reporting
- Build strong relationships across the business, developing financial awareness and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture

About you:
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven ability to influence, challenge and build trusted relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues, including Executive-level stakeholders
- Strong experience of budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and business planning
- Strong financial systems and data analysis capability, including advanced Excel skills
- Experience within the housing sector is desirable but not essential

What’s on offer:
- Annual salary: £55,000 - £65,000
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Location: West Midlands/ South West
- Hybrid working
- Generous annual leave entitlement
- Up to 10% employer pension contribution
