What You’ll Do

  • Prepare financial analysis to support development and delivery decisions
  • Track monthly changes in our pipeline and explain the financial impact
  • Partner with project managers to challenge and improve performance
  • Support the Senior Finance Manager - Development with reporting and insights
  • Help us make smart, commercial choices that benefit our customers

You have

  • A part or full finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or equivalent experience
  • Strong business partnering skills and commercial awareness
  • Experience in a finance team, ideally within development or delivery
  • An eye for detail and a clear view of the bigger picture
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, changing environment

The practical bits

  • You’ll work Monday to Friday
  • You’ll manage your own diary
  • We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office, with the rest from home.
