Finance Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join a growing international energy group, acting as the key link between Group Finance in London and finance teams across multiple global operation.
This role is a unique position offering someone the opportunity to combine technical accounting excellence with finance business partnering expertise.
As Finance Business Partner, you'll work alongside the Group Financial Controller and international finance teams to support the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and robust financial controls across the organisation.

- Review monthly management accounts from international subsidiaries
- Support and challenge local finance teams on reporting and accounting matters.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting through Oracle PBCS.
- Investigate reporting issues and improve data quality using SAP.
- Drive improvements across finance systems, controls, and processes.
- Promote best practice in balance sheet reconciliations and financial governance.
- Support external, JV, and governmental audits.
- Contribute to finance transformation and ad hoc projects.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal profile:
- A qualified accountant with an audit background with a keen interest in Energy and Natural Resources
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Knowledge of IFRS
- Strong Analytical skills
