Finance Business Partner – EV Charging Europe

About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support the growth of our EV Charging business across Europe.
This role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial, commercial, and investment support, drive business performance, and support the sustainable growth of the EV Charging network.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Finance Business Partner for the European EV Charging business.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
- Develop financial models and business cases for EV Charging projects, including CAPEX, ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis.
- Support pricing, profitability, and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor key business and financial KPIs across countries and charging sites.
- Support investment decisions and network expansion planning.
- Provide management reporting and financial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with Business, Legal, Tax, Financing, Treasury, IT, and country teams on key projects and initiatives.
- Identify financial and commercial risks and support improvement actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Project Finance, or Business Controlling.
- Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate business issues into financial insights.
- Experience in EV Charging, Energy, Automotive, Infrastructure, or New Energy is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Chinese language capability is a strong advantage.
