About Phoenix 2 Retail

Phoenix 2 Retail is the leading wholesaler specialising in vaping and nicotine products, providing innovative route-to-market solutions for global brands. Our mission is to become the world’s leading supplier of smoking alternatives, built on the pillars of responsibility, innovation, education, and sustainability, to create a better future for retailers and consumers.

Our Values

Our "I CARE" values represent our commitment to fostering a culture of positive influence, unwavering commitment, individual and collective accountability, ethical responsibility, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. These values guide our actions and decisions, ensuring we deliver outstanding results for our clients and employees.

Role Overview

We're looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Finance Business Partner who enjoys getting stuck into the numbers behind the business. You'll take ownership of financial partnering across the business, working closely with non-finance stakeholders to shape budgets, sharpen forecasts, and turn data into decisions. You'll keep reporting accurate, timely, and genuinely useful information to the people relying on it. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys turning numbers into decisions. If you get a quiet sense of pride from spotting the story behind the data, challenging assumptions constructively, and helping non-finance teams make smarter calls, you'll fit right in here. You'll thrive in a role where commercial insight matters, relationships are built on trust, and a well-timed piece of analysis can turn you into the person everyone wants in the room.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
