Salary: £75,000 + Bonus
Location: London - Hybrid- 4 days in office

The Opportunity
Finatal are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed infrastructure services business on the appointment of a Finance Business Partner.
Having established a strong presence across its sector, the business is now focused on accelerating growth through operational improvements, strategic investment, and enhanced commercial performance. As part of this journey, they are looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a commercially focused Finance Business Partner.
This position will work closely with operational leadership, providing financial insight, challenging performance, and supporting initiatives aimed at driving profitability and long-term value creation.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will support decision-making across multiple business units, acting as a trusted advisor to both finance and operational stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for delivering insightful analysis, developing performance reporting, and helping leadership teams understand the financial implications of key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and departmental leaders to drive business performance and support growth initiatives.
- Produce meaningful financial analysis and commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver monthly management information, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Analyse trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, margin, and operational performance.
- Challenge business assumptions and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Work closely with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial visibility and accountability.
- Support investment appraisals, business cases, and strategic projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and decision-support capabilities.

Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Management Accounting roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and management reporting tools.
- Previous experience within a services, infrastructure, industrial, facilities management, logistics, or PE-backed environment would be advantageous.
- Commercially focused with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable operating within a dynamic, high-growth business environment.
