Finance Business Partner

North Ayrshire | Office-Based | Salary up to £70,000 + Benefits

Our client, a well-established and growing organisation based in North Ayrshire, is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.

This is a highly visible role that will play a key part in driving financial performance across the business. Working closely with operational and senior management teams, you will be responsible for leading the month-end process and producing insightful management information that helps challenge and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership and delivery of the monthly management accounts process
  • Preparation and presentation of meaningful management information and financial analysis
  • Partnering with operational stakeholders to understand and challenge business performance
  • Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
  • Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
  • Ensuring financial controls and reporting standards are maintained

About You

We are interested in speaking with candidates who are:

  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CA, ACA or equivalent), although exceptional candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Experienced in management accounting and financial reporting within a commercial environment
  • Able to translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Confident in influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels
  • Passionate about driving process improvements and enhancing reporting capability
  • Strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Candidates with either extensive management accounting experience or a demonstrable track record of delivering process improvement initiatives are particularly encouraged to apply.
