Finance Business Partner
PE-Backed Growth Story
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Location: Central London (3 days office, 2 days remote)
Reporting to: Finance Director
Nirvana Search is exclusively partnering with a highly acquisitive, Private Equity-backed business to find a commercially driven accountant who is ready to make an immediate impact.

Forget standard business-as-usual accounting. This role drops you right into an aggressive buy-and-build journey. You will act as the crucial link between the numbers and the operational teams, providing the insights that shape the company’s trajectory. It is an incredible platform for a newly qualified (or 1-2 years PQE) professional to gain strong commercial exposure early in their career.

Role Details:
- Driving Commercial Performance: Getting out into the business to partner with non-finance department heads. You’ll dissect their numbers, challenge assumptions and uncover ways to boost profitability.
- Live M&A Action: Getting hands-on with the company's acquisition strategy. You will help the Finance Director evaluate targets and assist in smoothly integrating newly acquired businesses into the wider group.
- Telling the Story Behind the Numbers: Transforming raw data into sharp commercial commentary, KPI dashboards and forward-looking FP&A for the Executive board.
- Future-Proofing: Shaping budgets, building rolling forecasts and helping to upgrade financial systems so they can keep pace with rapid, acquisitive growth.

The Credentials: You are a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). This role is perfectly pitched for a Newly Qualified candidate or someone with 1 to 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience.
The Mindset: You are naturally curious. You don't just want to report on what happened last month; you want to influence what happens next.
The Skills: You possess sharp analytical abilities, strong Excel skills and a knack for making complex financial data easy for non-finance people to digest.
The Vibe: Confident, proactive and adaptable. You enjoy building real relationships across a business and thrive in a fast-changing, high-energy environment.
