Milton Keynes...Hybrid - 3 days in the office
£70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Butler Rose is partnering with a highly successful, international organisation with group revenues exceeding £1bn to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner for its Milton Keynes operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified finance professional who combines strong FP&A capability with the confidence to engage, influence and challenge stakeholders across the business.
Working closely with senior finance and operational stakeholders, you'll move beyond simply reporting the numbers, using financial insight to help shape decisions and improve business performance.
The role will include:
- Partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide meaningful financial insight
- Profitability analysis and performance reporting across different areas of the business
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A activities
- Developing reporting and KPIs to improve commercial decision making
- Working capital and 13-week cash flow forecasting
- Identifying trends, challenging performance and recommending actions
- Supporting improvements to financial reporting, systems and processes
- Working with UK, EMEA and Global finance teams

We're looking for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified professional with strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn complex financial information into clear commercial insight. Just as importantly, you'll need the confidence and credibility to build relationships and influence stakeholders outside of finance.
