You will operate at a global level and support and coach Finance Analysts to deliver our objectives and contribute to the continued success of the business.

A role you will love

The day-to-day of this role will involve working closely with business leaders and partnering with the relevant product line to provide financial insight and support. You will contribute to business growth, strategic initiatives and continuous improvement, while also supporting key projects and day-to-day priorities.

  • Providing timely and insightful financial and commercial commentary on month-end results, budgets, forecasts and multi-year strategic plans, covering areas such as revenue, EBIT, FTE, risks and opportunities.
  • Delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis and forecasts, providing clear insight to support financial discipline, accountability and improved business performance.
  • Advising business leaders on the financial implications of key decisions, highlighting sensitivities, risks and opportunities while working closely with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with Finance and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment on initiatives, developments and business targets.

  • Reviewing business cases and financial models for major business initiatives, including new products, cost-saving opportunities, leases, capital expenditure and technology investments.
  • Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, month-end analysis and multi-year strategic planning for assigned business areas, ensuring stakeholder engagement and delivery against deadlines.
  • Supporting and challenging the business on growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and financial performance through data-driven insight and strong commercial understanding.
  • Contributing to Finance projects as a subject matter expert and supporting wider business and Finance initiatives as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
