Job Description

This is a hybrid role working from our Stratford office. As a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month FTC you will thrive on building relationships, influencing decisions, and turning financial insight into action.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Financial Management, this is an opportunity to join a newly formed team where you'll have real visibility, meaningful ownership, and the chance to help shape how we partner with the business in the future.

You Will:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting activities
  • Analysing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and making a meaningful impact
  • Supporting cost optimisation initiatives and commercial decision-making
  • Translating complex financial information into clear recommendations
  • Delivering reporting and insights that improve business performance

Qualifications

You don't need to come from betting and gaming. We're interested in talented finance professionals who can bring commercial thinking, curiosity, and strong stakeholder management skills.

You'll likely have:

  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
  • The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or be actively working towards one
