SF Recruitment are supporting a leading organisation who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant looking to make the move from practice into a commercially focused finance role.

Working closely with operational stakeholders, you’ll provide financial insight, support decision-making and help drive improvements across finance processes. This role would suit someone from a Top 10 accountancy practice looking to take ownership of their first industry position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly management reporting and financial analysis
  • Provide insight and support to key stakeholders across the business
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
  • Review financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance teams
  • Maintain and improve financial controls and processes

About you:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience gained within a Top 10 accountancy practice
  • Looking to make a first move into industry
  • Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
  • Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with the ability to challenge and influence
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP or similar
  • A proactive approach with an interest in process improvement
