A highly successful and rapidly growing hospitality business is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a newly created role within its expanding finance team. With ambitious growth plans, a strong presence across multiple locations, and a collaborative culture, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to influence decision-making and support the next phase of the company's journey.
Your new role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders across the business, providing insight, challenge, and financial support to drive performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with operational leaders to support commercial decision-making and business growth
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across multiple sites
- Delivering meaningful analysis and actionable insights into business performance
- Supporting month-end reporting and variance analysis
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Producing reporting packs and presenting financial results to key stakeholders
- Supporting strategic projects, new site openings, and investment decisions
- Helping to embed a strong commercial finance culture across the business

What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance role
- Hospitality, leisure, retail or other multi-site sector experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance audiences
- Excellent analytical and commercial acumen
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
