Job Opportunity – Finance Business Partner (Housing/HRA)
Location: Hybrid / Remote (3-5 Days Per Week)
Salary: DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months+
Key Responsibilities:
- Business partner Housing Services and lead on HRA finance.
- Manage budget setting, forecasting, and monthly financial monitoring.
- Support the 30-Year HRA Business Plan and capital programmes.
- Provide financial analysis, business cases, and strategic advice.
- Monitor rents, service charges, and housing investment budgets.
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and savings.
- Support year-end accounts, audit, and statutory reporting.

Successful Candidates:
- Fully CCAB qualified (CIPFA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
- Previous Local Authority Experience (Essential)
- Experience in a Finance Business Partner or Housing Finance role.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of housing capital programmes and business planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
