Job Opportunity – Finance Business Partner (Housing/HRA)

Location: Hybrid / Remote (3-5 Days Per Week)
Salary: DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partner Housing Services and lead on HRA finance.
  • Manage budget setting, forecasting, and monthly financial monitoring.
  • Support the 30-Year HRA Business Plan and capital programmes.
  • Provide financial analysis, business cases, and strategic advice.
  • Monitor rents, service charges, and housing investment budgets.
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities, and savings.
  • Support year-end accounts, audit, and statutory reporting.

Successful Candidates:

  • Fully CCAB qualified (CIPFA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
  • Previous Local Authority Experience (Essential)
  • Experience in a Finance Business Partner or Housing Finance role.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of housing capital programmes and business planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
