Finance Business Partner
Warwickshire - Hybrid Working - £52,000 - £60,000
Are you a qualified finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and turning financial information into commercial insight?
We are working with a leading organisation that is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join its specialist finance function. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and operational teams, helping to drive financial performance and support strategic business objectives.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor across the business, providing financial guidance, challenging assumptions, and ensuring key financial decisions are underpinned by robust analysis and commercial understanding.
The Opportunity
This is a broad and engaging role that combines business partnering, financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and stakeholder management. You'll work collaboratively across multiple functions, helping teams understand the financial impact of their decisions and supporting the delivery of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver meaningful analysis and performance reporting to support business objectives.
- Lead and support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning activities.
- Challenge and influence key stakeholders to drive improved financial and operational performance.
- Translate complex financial information into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Support the development and delivery of financial models to aid business planning and investment decisions.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial understanding and commercial awareness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, forecasting methodologies, and business performance monitoring.

Skills & Requirements:
We're looking for a confident and commercially focused finance professional with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be nearing completion).
- Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Management Accounting role.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
- The ability to provide clear, insightful recommendations that support business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Experience working with large data sets and translating findings into business actions.
