Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted adviser to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and constructive challenge.
- Develop strong, credible relationships with directors, managers, and external stakeholders across the housing and property environment.
- Produce clear and meaningful financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development of business cases, investment appraisals, and project evaluations.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, governance standards, and sector-specific regulations.
