We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation operating within the housing sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted adviser to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and constructive challenge.
  • Develop strong, credible relationships with directors, managers, and external stakeholders across the housing and property environment.
  • Produce clear and meaningful financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development of business cases, investment appraisals, and project evaluations.
  • Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, governance standards, and sector-specific regulations.
