Location: Manchester
Shift: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a commercially astute and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our Retail, Transport & Mobile Finance team, supporting a major global health and beauty retailer. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, commercial challenge and strategic support to help drive performance and informed decision-making.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with operational, commercial and senior leadership teams to drive financial performance and support key business decisions.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve business performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of financial performance.
- Produce accurate month-end reporting, including management accounts, variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Maintain robust financial controls and governance, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and business requirements.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Part-qualified, qualified or qualified by experience accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Strong experience within a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data.

- Strong ownership, accountability and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
