Looking for a Finance role where your insight genuinely shapes what happens next?

NXTGEN is partnering with a market-leading, multi-site organisation to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner. This is an opportunity to move beyond simply reporting the numbers and work directly with operational leaders, using financial insight to challenge thinking, improve performance and influence key business decisions.

You may already be working as a Finance Business Partner, or you could be a commercially minded Management Accountant ready to take that next step. Either way, you’ll join an organisation that views Finance as a genuine partner to the business and has an excellent track record of investing in its people and supporting career progression.

The opportunity

Working closely with senior operational stakeholders, you’ll provide the financial insight, constructive challenge and commercial support needed to drive performance across the division.

  • You’ll develop a strong understanding of the operational drivers behind the numbers, helping stakeholders interpret results, identify opportunities and make better-informed decisions.
  • With exposure to budgeting, forecasting, strategic projects and financial planning, this role offers plenty of scope to strengthen your commercial profile and make a visible impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
