Role Description
The Finance Business Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Manchester. This role works closely with operational and clinical leaders to provide financial insight that supports strategic and commercial decision-making.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Preparing and reviewing management reports
- Analyzing practice performance
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Monitoring key financial metrics
The Finance Business Partner will translate complex financial data into clear recommendations, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency. The role also involves:
- Supporting business planning initiatives
- Participating in project evaluations
- Contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills for interpreting performance and producing accurate management information.
- Robust Financial Planning and Business Planning skills to support budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience is highly beneficial.
- Experience in a finance business partnering role within multi-site, healthcare, or service-based organizations is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continuous professional development within a collaborative team environment.
