Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis for a well performing, innovative, business based in South Pontefract.
The business is easily commutable from Barnsley, Doncaster and Wakefield.
This is a newly created role due to continued strong performance of the business.
About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, this role will be purely commercially focussed, responsible for partnering closely with project managers to assess project values, costs, margins and financial risks.

Duties
- Provide insightful financial information
- Financial forecast review and validation
- Identifying financial risks
- Monitoring performance vs forecast and investigating variances
- Challenging stakeholders where required around forecasts
- Contributing to continuous improvements or financial tools, templates and forecasts
Requirements
The successful candidate will:

- Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Have worked in a relevant commercial role previously
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Have strong Excel skills
Compensation
- £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
