About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing, well-known consumer membership brand serving several million members, offering discounts and lifestyle benefits through a strong D2C digital platform. As they enter their next phase of growth, they're hiring a Finance Business Partner to sit within FP&A and work closely with Growth, Marketing and Product. This is a genuine seat at the table rather than a back-office role: one day you'll be deep in revenue data spotting opportunities, the next you'll be in strategy discussions modelling scenarios that shape how the business scales. It's a strong opportunity for a commercially-minded finance professional to bring insight and challenge to senior stakeholders and directly influence the next stage of the company's journey.

Who You Are

  • Proven FP&A or commercial finance experience, specifically focusing on customer engagement
  • A background in a D2C or B2C business, ideally ecommerce, marketplace or tech
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse revenue performance and translate findings into commercial recommendations that influence strategy and growth
  • Strong data modelling skills, with hands-on experience in areas such as LTV, churn, retention, full-funnel analytics or marketing measurement
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, automation or macros, with familiarity with SQL
  • Strong stakeholder influencing skills, comfortable challenging, advising and building trusted relationships with non-finance colleagues at a senior level

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
