About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading international healthcare organisation to appoint a commercially minded Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven business operating within a highly regulated and innovative sector, providing financial insight and strategic support to senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial performance, influencing decision-making, and delivering meaningful analysis to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across commercial and operational teams, translating financial information into actionable insights and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders
  • Delivering robust budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
  • Providing insightful analysis of business performance, trends and risks
  • Supporting decision-making through financial modelling and business case development
  • Driving improvements in reporting, planning and financial processes
  • Monitoring KPI performance and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability
  • Partnering with sales, marketing and operational teams to evaluate investment decisions
  • Supporting month-end activities and management reporting processes
  • Contributing to strategic projects, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programmes

About You

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused finance professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

Experience and qualifications:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience within a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A role
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial planning/reporting systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering practical business insights

Desirable:

  • Experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, FMCG or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to pricing, marketing investment analysis or commercial decision support
  • Experience working within a multinational environment
