The Finance Business Partner Lead will provide strategic financial leadership across a significant organisational portfolio. Acting as a trusted adviser, you will translate complex financial information into clear commercial insight for senior stakeholders.

You will also lead the Finance Business Partnering function, ensuring the team delivers a consistent and high-quality service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing the Finance Business Partnering team
  • Providing financial insight and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
  • Identifying financial risks, opportunities and performance drivers
  • Supporting business cases, investment decisions and transformation projects
  • Strengthening management reporting and financial governance

The Background

  • A professional accounting qualification, such as CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Significant experience within finance business partnering, FP&A or strategic finance
  • Proven experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong leadership experience, alongside excellent budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills
  • Strong financial systems experience
