An exciting opportunity to join a leading international design practice as a Finance Business Partner, working directly with senior leaders to shape commercial performance and influence strategic decisions.
Partnering with eight specialist teams, you'll sit at the intersection of finance, operations and project delivery, turning complex financial and operational data into actionable insight that drives profitability, resource planning and business performance.
This is far more than a traditional reporting role. You'll have the opportunity to challenge thinking, influence decisions and transform how teams understand and manage performance, while improving forecasting, reporting and financial processes in a collaborative, creative environment.

What my client is looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant, with relevant commercial finance or finance business partnering experience
- A commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability and the confidence to build relationships, challenge constructively and translate data into clear recommendations.
- Power BI experience is advantageous, and an accountancy qualification or part-qualification is desirable.
