Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Oversee the annual bottom-up Budgeting process for the Nordics consumer business, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and optimises investment and resource allocation.
  • Support the monthly rolling S&OE/IBP process, turning demand plans into a rolling financial P&L across volume, sales, margin, and cost drivers.
  • Partner with Cluster FP&A to ensure assumptions across volume, price, mix, margin, cost of goods, freight, and promotional spend are robust, clearly documented, and accurately reflected in the plan.

Value-Add Approach

  • Lead projects aimed at improving the commercial P&L, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall efficiency within the organisation.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to the commercial teams (finance for non-finance), ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling of value-add initiatives to support key business decisions.
  • Own the Nordics numbers presented, ensuring a clear understanding of what has changed, why it has changed, and how key movements impact the commercial forecast and reporting outputs.
