Finance Business Partner
Central London | Hybrid Working | £70,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed professional services group to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner. Operating across a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, the organisation is undergoing an exciting transformation and is looking for an ambitious finance professional to help drive performance and support continued growth.
This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior operational leaders, providing financial insight, challenging decision-making and helping to improve profitability across the business.
The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them better understand financial performance and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and improved commercial outcomes.

- Partnering with business leaders to drive financial and operational performance.
- Analysing revenue, profitability and key business metrics to support decision-making.
- Providing insight into resource utilisation, productivity and capacity planning.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
- Reviewing commercial performance and identifying opportunities to improve margins.
- Challenging and influencing stakeholders to drive accountability and performance improvement.
- Developing meaningful KPI reporting and business performance dashboards.
- Supporting transformation initiatives and embedding a commercially focused culture.
About You
We are looking for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business and influencing outcomes.
You will likely have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial information into actionable recommendations.
- Experience partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with a desire to add value beyond the numbers.
