Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide financial and performance information relating to Operations encompassing all aspects of Production Performance, Cost Control, Sales and Margin. To support the formulation of the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts and to provide financial support to the wider business, especially with regards to cost reduction or development projects. This is a site-based role to work from our Kettle site in Norwich.

- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in Waste and Labour Efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with site leadership to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor performance against budget, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Partner with operational teams to manage and control manufacturing costs effectively.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with site managers to align financial plans with overall business strategies.
- Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business development.
- Establish strong working relationships with operational and functional leaders.
- Act as a liaison between finance and operations, fostering a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Identify financial risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) desired but not essential.
- Operational, Finance & Business Partnering experience ideally within a manufacturing environment (or similar).
- High level of IT & Systems Skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Possess high levels of operational awareness.
- Ability to work with cross-functionally across the organisation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with great attention to detail.
- Working to tight deadlines, ability to self-manage and be proactive.
- Foster continuous improvement activities.
