Michael Page is exclusively partnering with a large, complex multi-site organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner supporting key operational and cost centres.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys combining commercial insight, stakeholder influence, and financial analysis to drive performance improvements across a sizeable and diverse operation.

Our exclusive client is a large, operationally intensive organisation with a significant multi-site footprint and a reputation for delivering essential services across the UK and Europe.
As part of an ongoing transformation programme, the business is investing in its commercial finance capability and strengthening the role Finance plays in supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Cost Business Partnering, you will act as a trusted finance partner to senior operational stakeholders, providing insight, challenge, and support across a substantial cost base.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Business partnering with operational leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities for designated business areas.
- Delivering insightful management reporting, KPI analysis, and performance commentary.
- Providing robust challenge and variance analysis to improve business performance.
- Developing financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases.
- Supporting transformation programmes, efficiency initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and operational performance improvements.
- Translating complex financial information into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
- Building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business to influence decision-making and drive results.

Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience operating within a large, complex organisation.
You will also demonstrate:
- Previous experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance management expertise.
- Experience supporting operational or cost-focused business functions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and support senior leaders.
- A naturally curious approach, looking beyond the numbers to understand business drivers and opportunities.
- The resilience and adaptability to thrive within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Offer
- £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary.
