Finance Business Partner (Operations) - West London
£55-60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits | Hybrid – 3 days office
I’m currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a globally recognised aviation business.
With a truly global reach, the business plays an important role in keeping economies and supply chains moving, transporting everything from essential healthcare products and technology to high-value goods and fresh produce. The role:
- Business partner with regional management across Operations
- Present complex financial information clearly to drive improvements in financial performance
- Support cost and revenue forecasting, reporting and financial planning
- Partner with Operations teams on budgets, business plans, forecasts and local targets
- Identify and influence opportunities for cost reduction and revenue improvement
- Support transformation initiatives, including business case development and performance tracking
- Provide financial insight and decision support for key investment decisions
- Build strong relationships with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders across the wider Group
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and process improvement
- Support the Investments Approval Board through business case analysis and financial controls

About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong management accounting experience
- Proven experience in operational/commercial business partnering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
Permanent
£50-60k + bonus
