Role Overview
As the Finance Business Partner, you'll guide and support Joint Venture Partners and Business Operations Managers through the finance journey. You will collaborate closely, crafting annual budgets, reviewing KPIs, and driving sales and profit growth. With full accountability for store P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets, you'll also contribute to long-term business development strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with JV partners and operational leaders to analyse P&L performance, identify key drivers, and co-create strategies for sustainable improvement.
- Leading financial planning cycles, including annual budgets and 5-year business plans, ensuring alignment with JV strategic objectives and market opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting insightful management reporting packs and weekly commercial performance updates, translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Property, Facilities, and Operations teams to support capital investment decisions, accurate forecasting, and store-level profitability.
- Driving cash-flow and dividend planning accuracy, engaging stakeholders to optimise liquidity and deliver agreed financial outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- A strong foundation in finance with the ability to apply commercial thinking to drive business decisions.
- Proven relationship-building skills and confidence in managing and influencing stakeholders.
- Advanced MS Excel skills with the ability to produce insightful analysis and reports.
- Ideally, you will be part-qualified or newly qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, etc.)
