Finance Business Partner – Facilities Management

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £75,000–£90,000 + Benefits

Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner with experience in Facilities Management to work closely with senior operational and commercial leaders, providing financial insight and challenge to improve business performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Own management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyse operational and commercial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Support contract profitability, revenue, costs, work in progress, and cash collection.
  • Provide financial analysis and modelling for bids, business cases, and mobilisation.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified accountant.
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience.
  • Strong Finance Business Partnering / Commercial Finance experience.
  • Facilities Management experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP or other ERP experience desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
