Tech - Finance Business Partner - £90-100k + bonus - London with European travel
A global technology business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support its Product organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong finance business partner to join a highly visible commercial finance team and partner senior Product stakeholders within a fast-paced, international business. The role will play a key part in evaluating investment opportunities, shaping product strategy and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to non-finance stakeholders, helping translate financial insight into better business decisions.
The Opportunity
Working closely with Product leaders, Technology teams and wider commercial stakeholders, you will provide financial support across a range of strategic initiatives, new product developments and investment decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining financial analysis with commercial problem-solving and wants to move beyond traditional reporting into a genuine business partnering position.
Responsibilities
- Partner Product Directors and Product Managers on strategic and operational decision-making.
- Build and evaluate business cases for new products, product enhancements and investment opportunities.
- Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis and investment appraisals.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning activities.
- Analyse product performance, margins, revenue streams and return on investment.
- Provide commercial insight and challenge to support decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs.
- Support prioritisation of product initiatives and resource allocation decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with Technology, Operations and Commercial teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and drive value creation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Typically 3-5 years PQE.
- Experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
- Strong financial modelling and business case experience.
- Previous exposure to Product, Technology, Digital or Commercial functions would be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable challenging and influencing non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within a technology, software, fintech, telecoms or other product-led environment would be beneficial.
- Able to operate effectively within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
