Finance Business Partner

3–6 Month Interim Contract

£275–£325 per day (Inside IR35)

South West London – Hybrid Working

We're supporting a growing fashion and e-commerce business that is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner on an interim basis to support its commercial finance team during a busy period.

This is a broad role combining commercial analysis and business partnering with some hands-on finance responsibilities. You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Merchandising, Trading, and Operations, helping them understand performance, manage budgets, and make better commercial decisions.

We're looking for someone who understands the pace of an e-commerce or retail environment and can get into the detail behind sales, margin, stock, and customer performance while still being comfortable supporting month-end and management reporting.

The Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll provide day-to-day financial support and insight to key commercial teams across the business.

  • Help analyse trading performance
  • Support budgeting and forecasting
  • Work with budget holders to understand variances and improve financial performance

Alongside the commercial work, you'll remain close to the numbers and support month-end activities to ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
