About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner in Gateshead, you'll play a key role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department by providing financial insights and analysis to aid decision-making. Your work will help ensure the smooth financial operation of the organisation.

Description
- Deliver detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders based on financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to management.
- Support the implementation of cost control measures and efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with the development of financial strategies to meet organisational goals.

Profile
A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have
- A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within business services.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying financial opportunities and risks.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

Job Offer
- Salary of up to £48,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position within a business services organisation in Gateshead.
