About the Role
CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth Hampshire-based business to recruit a Finance Business Partner into a newly created role.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a commercially focused opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys transforming financial information into meaningful business insight.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning activities
- Develop and enhance forecasting models covering profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and funding requirements
- Work closely with operational leaders, sales teams, and departmental managers to build accurate and commercially robust forecasts
- Deliver detailed analysis of revenue, margin performance, operating costs, and business profitability
- Support pricing reviews, contract evaluations, and commercial decision-making across the business
- Play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system, helping improve data quality, reporting capability, and financial processes
- Develop KPI reporting and dashboard solutions using modern reporting and business intelligence tools

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering
- Strong track record of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to automate and enhance reporting processes
- Experience using ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
