An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading private healthcare organisation in a newly created role.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this position offers excellent exposure to senior leadership, strategic decision making, business growth initiatives, and operational performance improvement. You will play a key role in partnering with clinical and operational leaders, providing commercial insight and financial challenge to support the organisation's continued success.
The Role
As a trusted business partner, you will:
- Support operational and clinical leaders in delivering financial and business performance objectives.
- Provide insightful analysis, forecasting, and financial guidance to support decision making.
- Lead the development of business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models for new services and strategic initiatives.
- Support capacity planning, operational efficiency, and service development projects.
- Drive commercial understanding across the organisation through strong stakeholder engagement and finance education.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance review processes.

This is a highly visible role requiring regular engagement with teams across the organisation and therefore a strong on-site presence.
About You
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with:
- Five years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong Finance Business Partnering experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
- Experience developing business cases and investment appraisals.
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
