Job Description

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives on building relationships, influencing decisions and turning financial insight into action. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Financial Management, this is an opportunity to join a newly formed team where you'll have real visibility, meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape how we partner with the business in the future.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with leaders across Retail Operations, Property, Procurement and Corporate Functions, helping them understand performance, manage costs and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting activities
  • Analysing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and making a meaningful impact
  • Supporting cost optimisation initiatives and commercial decision-making
  • Translating complex financial information into clear recommendations
  • Delivering reporting and insights that improve business performance

Qualifications

What we're looking for

You don't need to come from betting and gaming. We're interested in talented finance professionals who can bring commercial thinking, curiosity and strong stakeholder management skills.

You'll likely have:

  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience
  • The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or be actively working towards one
