Finance Business Partner – Sales and Marketing
Commercial Finance | FP&A | Data & Insights | KPI Reporting | Business Partnering
We're looking for a driven Finance Business Partner - Sales and Marketing to join our Retail division, supporting Sales & Marketing performance through financial insight and data-driven analysis. This is a high-impact, analytical role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly management accounts and KPI reporting for Sales
- Produce weekly and monthly performance insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare board-level reporting and analysis
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to influence decisions
- Analyse pricing, discounts, and sales performance trends
- Support commercial projects and change initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics
What We're Looking For
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or close to being qualified)
- Strong experience in FP&A, data analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
- Ability to turn data into clear commercial insight
- Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
