Finance Business Partner

This is more than a finance role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted commercial partner at the heart of a fast-growing professional services organisation.
As our Finance Business Partner, you'll work alongside senior leaders to shape business strategy, influence key commercial decisions and drive profitable growth. You'll use financial insight to challenge thinking, identify opportunities and help steer the business through its next exciting phase of expansion.

What you'll be doing
- Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business.
- Deliver insightful analysis to improve profitability and business performance.
- Support pricing strategies, investment decisions and growth initiatives.
- Oversee management accounts, financial controls and statutory reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
- Act as a trusted adviser, helping leaders understand the story behind the numbers.

What you'll bring
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with post-qualified experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, business-partnering mindset.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Confidence influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
- Experience within a professional services environment, with exposure to WIP, billing and revenue recognition, would be advantageous.
