Summary

An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to partner with senior stakeholders, providing strategic financial insight, challenge and decision support.
This role combines business partnering, financial planning and performance analysis to help drive organisational performance, efficiency and long-term growth.

Our client is a well-established values-led organisation undergoing continued growth and transformation. They are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial support and challenge across key business functions.

The Role

This Finance Business Partner role will act as the primary finance contact for a portfolio of stakeholders, providing insight, analysis and decision support to drive performance.

  • Partner with senior leaders and budget holders
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
  • Provide commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Monitor performance, risks and opportunities
  • Deliver impactful financial reporting and insight

Main Duties

  • Working closely with operational and leadership teams, you will help optimise financial performance and support strategic objectives.
  • Lead monthly financial review meetings with stakeholders
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and rolling reforecasts
  • Develop business cases and investment appraisals
  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
  • Support commercial reviews, contracts and pricing decisions

The Successful Candidate

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven Finance Business Partnering or FP&A experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous
  • Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
