A well-established charity is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support key operational areas of the organisation. This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that makes a genuine difference to communities across the UK.
Your new role
You will work closely with operational stakeholders, providing financial insight, analysis, and support to aid decision-making. The role will involve budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and helping managers understand financial performance across their areas of responsibility. You will be improving reports and manipulating large data sets as well.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering or similar. Experience within the charity sector, particularly supporting retail operations, would be highly advantageous. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as advanced Excel skills with experience in PowerQueries, etc.
