Help Shape the Next Chapter of Growth
Some organisations maintain the status quo. At Redkite, we're building something bigger. Over the last five years we've doubled in size, expanded our presence across Wales and the South West, strengthened our teams and continued to invest in our people, and client service. Our ambition doesn't stop there.
As we continue to grow, finance has an increasingly important role to play in shaping commercial decisions, supporting our leaders and helping drive sustainable success.
This is an opportunity to become part of that journey. If you're looking for a role where you can influence strategy, challenge thinking and help shape the future of a growing professional services business, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who wants to make a genuine impact.
Reporting into the Finance leadership team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insight that supports better decisions, stronger performance and continued growth.
You'll combine ownership of key financial processes with true business partnering, moving beyond reporting to become a trusted adviser who helps shape the future of the firm.
This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence decisions across the business while remaining hands-on in delivering financial excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the firm's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Partner with senior leaders to improve financial performance, profitability and commercial decision making.
- Deliver meaningful financial insight through analysis of key business performance indicators.
- Oversee management accounts, statutory audit and financial controls.
- Support pricing, investment decisions and firm-wide financial initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and strengthen collaboration across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
