Position Description
Commercially focused finance leader partnering with the GM and leadership team, owning end-to-end financial performance, forecast accuracy, and financial governance. Acting as the central financial focal point, this role connects operational, commercial, and accounting teams to deliver accurate financials and enable leaders to focus on core business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Trusted advisor to the GM and leadership team, providing insight, challenge, and decision support.
- Own end to end forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial performance management.
- Drive forecast accuracy through close partnership with operations, sales, projects, and accounting.
- Lead variance analysis, risk identification, and scenario modelling.
- Ensure business activity is accurately reflected in financial results and accounting outcomes.
- Act as the primary finance contact, coordinating all financial topics across teams.
- Build financial understanding and accountability throughout the organisation.
- Continuously improve reporting, processes, controls, and financial visibility.

Required Education & Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong business partnering experience within a commercial and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, controls, forecasting, and performance management.
- Highly credible communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to bring together diverse teams and create alignment around financial objectives.
