The Role

Manage Monthly Reporting: Responsible for the timely, accurate reporting of a portfolio of venues’ performance on a monthly basis.

Budgeting & Forecasting: In collaboration with the finance and operations teams, assist in developing and improving rolling forecasts at venue level and overall group budgeting and forecasting.

Internal Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with the Finance team and the Operational teams in your portfolio, improving understanding, visibility and overall quality of financial reporting.

Embedding Processes: Establish and embed robust financial processes and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting in conjunction with the Business Partnering team.

Monthly Venue Reporting: Manage the monthly venue P&L reporting for a portfolio of venues, analysing variances between Actual vs Budget and vs forecast.

Forecasting: Working with operations teams to assist in producing accurate and timely rolling forecasts at a venue level and contributing to wider, longer term, group forecasts.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Produce monthly balance sheet recs for your portfolio, focussing on areas under your control (accruals, prepayments, stock).

About You

Experience within a Similar Role: Essential

ACCA, CIMA or similar minimum part qualified: Essential

Business Central or Similar ERP Knowledge: Desirable.

Excel Skills: Intermediate level essential.

Degree Finance related: Desirable.
