Meraki Talent is delighted to be supporting an international manufacturing firm with their search for a Finance Business Partner paying up to £55k on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major player in their operating on a global scale.

The Role

  • This is a critical role in analysing cost structures, providing insights, and supporting financial decision-making processes mainly for the UK site but also with opportunity to be involved in ad hoc projects at a divisional level.
  • Finance lead for UK site business partnering with operations, production, and customer service.
  • Cost analysis, budget tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Overseeing inventory activities, assisting with stock count procedures, and resolving discrepancies where required.
  • Working closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to identify efficiencies and reduce overall costs.
  • Assisting with financial close.
  • Financial Modelling.
  • Continuous automation and process improvement.
  • Ad hoc project work at divisional level across European sites.
